Restoration of Firearm Rights

If you’ve been convicted of a felony or misdemeanor and lost your right to possess a firearm, you may be eligible to restore your firearm rights. If you have:

  • no class A felony convictions or convictions punishable by 20 years imprisonment;

  • no felony convictions for sex offenses prohibiting firearm ownership;

  • no felony convictions that prohibit the possession of a firearm as part of your offender score under RCW 9.94A.525;

  • no felony convictions in the last five years and no misdemeanor convictions in the last three years; and

  • no pending criminal charges

then you may be eligible to have your firearm rights restored.

Ease of Process: The process is straightforward and does not require you to be present for a hearing. You simply provide us with accurate information, sign a declaration, provide payment (including courts costs of $240), and leave the rest to us.
